    What's better than practicing open water swimming in Nottingham Lake? Running a 5k when you're done! Featuring a weekly 2.4 mile swim in addition to shorter distances, Dunk N' Dash is the perfect way to train for your first (or thirtieth) triathlon. Now in its 15th season, hundreds of athletes have used this series as a launching ground for summer triathlon training. Just be sure to bring a wetsuit - the water can be chilly!

It's a perfect way to train for your first (or third) outdoor triathlon. Just be sure to bring a wetsuit - the water can be chilly! Fee:$5 per person Check-in at the Avon Performance Pavilion Average water temp. is between 60 - 68 degrees, wet suits recommended Must be 15 years of age with parental release For your safety - lifeguard staff and distance buoys will be provided
