Avon Town Hall Will Close to the Public
Due to COVID-19 Concerns
On Friday, November 13th at 5:00 p.m., Avon Town Hall will close to the public until further notice in an effort to slow the spread of COVID-19. Town Staff has placed a secure drop box in the entrance foyer at 100 Mikaela Way where the public can drop payments, permits, and building plans.
Avon Municipal Court will not be held on November 18th or December 2nd. The Avon Court Clerk will be in touch with all defendants prior to their court date to review their options.
The Town website, Avon.org, is the best place to find information about virtual public meetings, as well as updates on COVID-19 in our community. All Town departments are available for remote meetings. All Town staff are available for virtual meetings by appointment. A complete staff directory can be found at Avon.org/directory.
