Peddler's / Solicitor's Licenses
Peddler's/Solicitor's Licenses are issued by the Town Clerk with the approval of the Community Development Department. The Town of Avon allows Peddler's/Solicitor's within the Town limits to sell, deliver or offer for sale goods, wares or merchandise traveling from place to place, house to house or street to street while traveling on foot or by vehicle or any other type of conveyance.

Section 5.16 of the Avon Municipal Code outlines the details of this type of license, including terms and fees of licensing.

A peddler’s license application must be completed in full; Federal Employers Identification Numbers, Colorado Sales Tax and Avon Sales Tax Numbers are required for processing the application.
