Whether you enjoy group fitness classes, working with a personal trainer, or as part of a team, we can meet your recreation and fitness needs. Our adult programming and fitness departments offer drop-in sports as well as league sports such as Dodgeball and Broomball in the winter, and Kickball in the summer. If you enjoy more individual sports we offer tennis in the summer and swimming throughout the year.
