November 7, 2023 Coordinated Election
Election Highlights:
- The election will be conducted as a mail ballot election.

- Ballots were mailed to all registered voters at their current address beginning October 16, 2023.
- The ballot issued will only contain those questions on which Avon voters are eligible to vote based on place of residence listed on voter registration record.
- Voter registration changes can be made online by visiting Go Vote Colorado.
- The Eagle County Clerk must receive your ballot no later than 7:00 p.m. on November 7, 2023 or it will not be counted.
- A Voter Service and Polling Center is located at the Avon Town Hall, 100 Mikaela Way, Avon to assist voters with their ballots until November 7, 2023 at 7:00 p.m.
- The ballot for Avon’s electorate only includes Ballot Issue 2A referring a ballot question regarding a 4% Use Tax on Construction Materials by amending the Avon Municipal Code to establish Chapter 3.09 Tax on Construction Materials. View the Fact Sheet.
The Town of Avon's elections are governed by the Colorado Municipal Election Laws, except as otherwise provided by the Town Charter or as Council may prescribe by ordinance hereafter enacted.
All municipal elections shall be non-partisan. No candidate for any municipal office shall run under a party label of any kind.
