Vending Opportunities

We love healthy, fresh, flavorful, and varied cuisine options for our guests! Minimal waste, exquisite presentation, professional and thoughtful branding, and cleanliness are top priority. If this aligns with what you have to offer, we would like to hear from you.  

Below are the vending opportunities at the Town of Avon produced events, which are subject to change:  

  • AvonLIVE!: 11 Wednesdays Throughout the Summer
  • Salute to the USA: July 3rd
  • Summer’s End: September 4th

Please submit your application to participate in one or all of the above events at least 45 days prior to the event date. If you have any questions please contact the Special Events Coordinator

Fostering a culture of environmentalism, waste mitigation and energy conservation which minimizes the negative impacts to our collective environment and community for the long term is of utmost importance to the Town.  All vendors participating in events held on Town properties shall support the Town’s environmental sustainability initiatives and Eagle County’s waste diversion goal of 30% reduction and 80% organics diverted by 2030 (zero waste events utilizing leave no trace practices).  Last year we diverted 84% of our event waste and our looking for vendors to help increase our diversion in 2022. All Town of Avon events are plastic free!
