Avon, CO – The Town of Avon is seeking input on proposed Code Text Amendments for the following chapters that affect land use:
- Alternative equivalent compliance – Defining the public benefit for applications that deviate from Development Standards;
- Employee housing mitigation - Inclusionary zoning proposal for new development;
- Development bonus – Negotiated relief from certain Development Standards when a substantial public benefit is offered;
- Overlay districts – Short-term rental regulations are proposed.
