Avon Launches 2021 Community Survey
The 2021 Avon Community Survey launched on Monday, May 17th. The online survey is being conducted in order to gauge opinions regarding services, activities and direction of the Town. The survey includes, but is not limited to, questions related to the quality of current Town services, the direction of the Town, special events, housing and the best methods to provide you Town government information. Town leaders want to hear from the community on these and other issues and strongly encourage the public to participate.
The survey is being hosted on Engage Avon, the Town’s community engagement platform. An email address is required to take the survey, and participants may choose their preferred language. The online survey format will allow respondents to complete the survey from any device: computer, tablet or mobile phone. The survey will be available through June 21st.
The results of the survey will be presented to the Avon Town Council in August and a final report will be available in September. Outcomes are expected to be valuable for strategic planning, community and economic development, public education and budgeting purposes. The survey is available at Avon.org/Survey.
