New Dog Run at O’Neal Spur Park in Wildridge

ONeal Spur Dog Run UPDATED

New Dog Run at O’Neal Spur Park in Wildridge

New this winter, the Town of Avon is piloting a Dog Run at the O’Neal Spur Park in Wildridge. Annually, the steep gravel road down to the dog park is closed in the winter for safety concerns. Vehicles have been stuck on the icy, slippery narrow road, and falls have been reported. The new dog run will include a doggy bag station and a sitting bench. The trails in the park will also be maintained throughout the winter.
