As positions are vacated and approved for posting, the HR Department is notified by the hiring supervisor to post the job announcements. In most cases, job announcements indicate a specific closing date; however, the announcement may close at any time depending on the number of qualified applicants that have applied and where the hiring supervisor is in the process.
