My car was booted in Avon. Who do I call?
The booting company is required to provide their contact information in the car window. Contact the booting company to have the boot removed.

Do I have to go to court?
You have the right to a boot hearing if you choose to contest the charge. If you pay to have your boot removed, you will not need to appear in court.
3.
How do I request a hearing about my vehicle being booted?
Provide a written request to the Avon Municipal Court Clerk for a procedure hearing or to contest the boot within 10 calendar days of the date the car is booted. You may also appear in person.
